PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS BERRIEN... CASS AND ST JOSEPH COUNTIES IN MICHIGAN INTO TONIGHT... TAPERING OFF THURSDAY MORNING.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES. STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 6 TO 10 INCHES IN SOME AREAS... WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* NORTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUST TO 25 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW... MAINLY IN RURAL AREAS.

* ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED... SLICK... AND HAZARDOUS THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THURSDAY. VISIBILITIES WILL ALSO BE LIMITED. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL ACROSS THE AREA DIFFICULT.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS.
