posted at Chikamingopenlands dot-org (Chikaming Open Lands) -- Berrien County Agri-tour 2013 _________________ Chikaming Open Lands is pleased to present a Berrien County Agri-tour on Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m. We will tour Middlebrook Farm, raising lowline grass-fed Angus beef; Granor Farm, growing organic vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits; and Old Shore Vineyards, a boutique winery producing single estate, premium quality wines in very limited quantities. Learn how these farmers produce top-quality food and wine with an eye to saving the land that sustains all of us. We'll begin and end at Old Shore Vineyards in Buchanan, Michigan, where there will be an optional wine tasting after the tour. A shuttle bus between tour stops is provided. Cost is $30 per person, or $100 for a group of four. Space is limited, so please reserve early!
