early on Wednesday Jan. 4 -- votecounters gave a to-be-verified total of 1,774 precinct tallies. Seven days later, still no verification of the "eight-vote difference" -- Is the U.S. Supreme or the Iowa Supreme Court still awaiting the paperwork from the Romney or Santorum legal teams?
